Do I need a professional Instagram account?
Yes. The official Instagram API works only with Business and Creator accounts. Switching is free inside Instagram.
Does Comment to DM use AI?
No. It only compares the comment with the word you chose and sends the message you wrote. Your AI allowance is not touched.
What happens when the assistant doesn't know an answer?
It doesn't guess. It hands the conversation to you or a teammate and flags it in the inbox.
Why do some comments not get a DM?
Instagram allows only one private reply per comment, within 7 days. The reason for every case is written in the activity log.
How many people can use one account?
As many members as your plan allows. Each member signs in with their own email and has their own role.
